I came across this recipe many years ago. It changed the way I think about meatloaf. It’s not dry and it doesn’t need to be slathered in ketchup. My family asks for it regularly. A slice is even good in a sandwich!
Gather ingredients

- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- Salt & pepper
- 3/4 cup honey mustard
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb pork sausage
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, combine eggs, bread crumbs, onions, garlic, salt/pepper

And honey mustard.
Add the beef and pork to the bowl. Mix gently to combine.

Baking
This recipe makes 2 loaves. I like to make 1 loaf and 2 small loaves, as my daughter always wants to take some home! Bake for 45-55 minutes.

Let it stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
Give this a try. It will be a tasty addition to your meal planning!
